I ran into this problem a few hours ago and have been pulling my hear out. Autorepairs diagnose the problem as a problem with the partition table, but is unable to automatically fix it
Ive gone into diskpart and confirmed that the partition was active. I reset the MBR thought bootrec,
bootsect.exe /nt60 all /force
Success on all three windows partitions
manually creating the BCD initially works. I can create the store, but when i run bcdedit /import i get an error saying the store does not exist.
I am desperately trying to avoid an os reinstall. I havent made any changes in the past few weeks so I dont know what could have caused this. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Сегодня мы расскажем что делать если при загрузке операционной системы Windows 7 на экране появляется ошибка BOOTMGR is missing.
Последовательность действий для восстановления системы после ошибки BOOTMGR is missing такова:
1. Загружаемся с инсталяционного диска Windows 7
2. После выбора языка и региона нажимаем на «Восстановление системы»
3. Выбираем командная строка.
4. В командной строке вводим «имя_привода_оптических дисков:» в нашем случае вводим «d:» (без кавычек)
5. Вводим «copy bootmgr c:\» и нажимаем Enter (при условии что наша операционная система установлена на диск с буквой С)
6. Перезагружаем компьютер
7. Все работает.
